Lemon is one of my very favorite flavors...I found this super easy lemon cookie recipe that is a winner...I hope you will give them a try...They are especially good with a little lemon glaze on top! :o)
P.S. Here's an easy recipe for the lemon glaze...
LEMON GLAZE:
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix together until smooth. Drizzle on top of cooled cookies...Yummmmo!

I made the lemon cookies they were great but the glaze didn't turn out well for me. was wondering if i put too much lemon juice cause it was like water
